The 3 open seats will join Cathy Hurst, completing the second year of her final term, and Eric Cadwell, completing the second year of his first term, on the new five member Board.
The membership now has 15 days in which to submit additional nominees pursuant to the strict requirement of section 3 of our bylaws. Ballots will be sent to the membership on March 16, 2026, which is 15 days prior to the annual meeting, along with other annual meeting material.
